How to use the template
Add a date, time and platform for each planned post. Use Post idea for the topic, Caption for working copy, Media asset for a filename or link, Owner for the person responsible, and Status to track progress.
Adapt it to your workflow
Duplicate rows for each platform version of a cross-post. Keep dates in YYYY-MM-DD format for easier sorting, and agree on status labels with your team before sharing the file.
