POSTNCHILL · CROSS-PLATFORM PUBLISHING

One idea, adapted for each platform.

Prepare posts for selected social accounts from one workflow. Tailor the text and media to each destination, then check the details before you schedule.

Start with one draft

Choose one or more connected destinations, then prepare a version for each platform. Postnchill keeps the destination-specific copy with its post so you can review what will be sent where.

Give every destination the fields it expects

A shared idea does not mean identical fields. Instagram uses a caption; TikTok has different fields for video and photo posts; YouTube Shorts separates the video title and description; X applies weighted character counting. Threads, Facebook Pages, and Google Business Profile each have their own text fields and limits.

Check the post before scheduling

The composer checks supported text and media constraints for selected destinations. Review any validation message and adjust that version before scheduling. A platform's response, current API permissions, and account eligibility still determine whether it can publish.

Review each destination's result

Publishing is handled separately for each selected platform. You can review the status and any provider response for each destination; one platform's result does not guarantee the others will succeed.

The same media may not fit everywhere

Post types, fields, media formats, and permissions vary by platform. For example, a YouTube Short needs a video title and description, while Instagram and Google Business Profile accept different media types. Check the platform guide for the workflow you plan to use.

Publishing depends on platform authorization, account eligibility, and availability.
